Note: The current List of EKO‑KOM, a.s. clients on this website is valid as of today, and the data is continuously updated. Here you can check whether your suppliers or any other companies are involved in the EKO‑KOM Collective Compliance System.

If you record certain packaging as pre-paid (non-paid), it is essential that your supplier (customer) duly fulfills their obligations under the contract on collective compliance in relation to all such packaging (in particular, that they duly report such packaging and pay the relevant remuneration – fee). For this reason, they must have a valid contract on collective compliance with EKO‑KOM, a.s., which must be duly fulfilled, which they can confirm to you, for example, through a Statement on charging in the EKO KOM System, Agreement on the transfer of charging for packaging, single use plastic packaging and so-called packaging means in the EKO‑KOM system or on an invoice. Otherwise, it is not possible to register this packaging as pre-paid (un-paid).
